The most recent trust sale closing was difficult because my sellers were out of state and unreachable by email, however, you spent the time to walk them through all the paperwork over the phone and made them feel as if you were right there helping them page-by-page.
The condo sale in June that transitioned to a FSBO close was also something that I could not have done without you as I wanted the clients to receive the benefits of knowledgeable support even though they chose to "go it alone". They happily closed on their home of 20+ years and have recently purchased a new home in South Carolina, thanks in part to your diligent work on their behalf.
